Osteopathy

Osteopathy
- Price: 35€ (price of an osteopathy student)
- Duration: 1h
- Location: Tallinn
Osteopathy treats the body as a whole. This means that everything in our body—muscles, bones, nerves, and organs—is interconnected and works together. If a dysfunction occurs in one part of the body, it can affect other parts of the body. As a result, osteopathic damage or body dysfunction develops.
Osteopathy helps relieve pain and improve the overall well-being of the body. The osteopath's job is to find these dysfunctions and help the body recover naturally.
During the session, I will support you so that your body can recover. I use my hands to restore the body's balance and improve its functioning through soft and precise techniques.
I started my osteopathy studies in August 2024.

What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a field of health care that aims to help the body restore and maintain balance. Osteopaths study how different parts of the body - such as muscles, bones, organs and nerves - work together. They seek to find and resolve those dysfunctions that may disrupt the body's natural balance and functioning.
Osteopathy is based on three principles:
Body and mind are an interconnected whole – if one part of the body's system is disturbed, it can affect the whole organism. For example, stress can cause muscle tension, which in turn can affect the whole body.
The body has a natural ability to restore itself – the body is always trying to restore balance and normal functioning, but sometimes this process needs a little help.
Body structure and function are closely related – for example, if the muscles or joints do not move correctly, it can also affect the functioning of the organs.
Osteopathy focuses on holistic support of human health. An osteopath uses their hands to assess and improve the condition of the body and also explains and advises the client to achieve the best results.
This approach is based on knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and other medical sciences.
