The session begins with a visual assessment of posture. I focus on the symmetry of the body, the alignment of the shoulders and spine, any changes in head position, and the relationship between the pelvis and legs. In the manual work, I use osteopathic and massage-based techniques that help improve mobility, reduce excessive tension, and support the body’s natural balance.

If there are long-standing muscle tensions or established postural imbalances, multiple sessions may be needed to achieve lasting change. Each session supports the body’s gradual adjustment and freer movement. For more significant changes, the body needs time and, if necessary, repeated sessions.
