I offer body therapy, osteopathy and holistic therapy, where you can express yourself safely, learn to listen to your body and discover your true nature.

Body therapist Jaana Tubli
I am a body therapist and an osteopathy student with a technical approach based on analyzing the body. During therapy, I examine and map the body to understand where tensions, pain points, and blockages may be hidden. My goal is to help people release trauma and tension stored in the body, relieve chronic pain, and create greater balance. I focus on the present moment to help people become more grounded and build the resources that support healing and positive change.

I have experienced Jaana’s sessions a few times in a school setting. It’s quite different from being in a one-on-one session.
