I am a body therapist who focuses on body awareness and creating presence. My approach is not based on specific methods, but rather I move along with the client's process, supporting them in their development.

Through my work, I help people become more present, release tension, trapped trauma, and pain points from the body, as well as alleviate chronic pain.

Therapy can help you better understand your feelings and thoughts. It helps you reach the root causes of why you feel, act, or think a certain way. Through therapy, it is possible to change behavior patterns, improve relationships, and enhance everyday life.

I offer body therapy, osteopathy and holistic therapy, where you can express yourself safely, learn to listen to your body and discover your true nature.

I conduct sessions in Estonian, English and Finnish.
