Olen kehaterapeut ja osteopaatia tudeng, kelle lähenemine on tehniline ja põhineb keha analüüsimisel. Teraapia käigus uurin ja kaardistan keha, et mõista, kus võivad peituda pinged, valupunktid ja blokeeringud. Minu töö eesmärk on aidata inimestel vabastada kehasse talletatud traumasid ja pingeid, et leevendada kroonilisi valusid ja luua rohkem tasakaalu. Keskendun olevikule, et aidata inimestel tulla rohkem kohalolusse ja luua ressursse, mis toetavad tervenemist ja positiivseid muutusi.
