The maximum retention period of personal data \u2013 2 years.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>3.5. The data processor has the right to share clients' personal data with third parties, such as authorized data processors, accountants, and companies providing transfer services. The Data Processor is the responsible data controller for personal data.<\/p>\n<p>3.6. When processing and storing the personal data of data subjects, the data processor implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unlawful processing.<\/p>\n<p>3.7. The data processor retains the data of data subjects based on the purpose of processing, but not longer than 2 years.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
